Private sessions are a great way to get deeper into your practice and focus on specific goals. The class will be tailored to your own needs.

1h - £60 + studio fee

4 x 1h class package - £215 + studio fee

8 x 1h class package - £385 + studio fee

It is true that there is one yoga, but since we are all different, our practice might not look or be the same. Individual approach and focusing on specific areas or needs will allow you to strengthen and evolve your yoga practice faster than in a group environment. Private sessions provide an opportunity to delve deeper into certain aspects, zooming into your personal growth.

We will discuss your goals and needs to create a tailored approach.

Course content:
- tailored to your own needs and goals

- 1 to 1 coaching and personalised advice & tips for progression towards your goal

What you will need:

- a mat (can be provided for in-person classes on request)

- two blocks and a strap (optional)

- knee pads, cushion or a blanket for extra comfort (if you have sensitive knees make sure you have it to hand)

- if online - laptop or phone to connect to zoom

I had a 1:1 lesson with Kasia as an introduction to the practice, as I've never done yoga before, and it was brilliant! She made me feel at ease immediately, and expertly guided me through the movements while making sure I felt comfortable with them at every point. She took care to adjust the difficulty to work around some injuries, and was very attentive the whole time. Warm and knowledgeable, Kasia delivered a great experience that I would highly recommend to everyone, and that I am keen to repeat!
