BOOKING PROCEDURE AND PAYMENT:
To secure your booking you need to pay a deposit of 500€. The deposit is non-refundable.
Your booking is only guaranteed once the deposit is paid.
If the booking is made less than 30 days prior to start you’ll be charged the full amount at the time of your booking. The invoice for the remaining balance will be sent out and has to be paid no later than 30 days prior to the start date of the retreat.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:

If you cancel more than 1 month before: No deposit refund.

If you cancel less than 1 month before: No refund of neither deposit nor the remaining amount paid. IF however we manage (or you) to find someone to take your spot you’ll be refunded the full amount incl. the deposit.

If Yoga Chill Zone cancels the retreat for business reasons, meaning that we decide to cancel for example due to not enough participants or a personal illness - you’ll get a full refund including the deposit.

If Yoga Chhill Zone must cancel a retreat for any unforeseen reasons (war, pandemics, covid-19, lockdown, acts of terrorism, strikes, travel bans,natural disasters etc.) your deposit will not be refunded, but will be transferrable to a future Yoga Chill Zone retreat within 1,5 years. If you’ve paid any further amount (above the deposit) you can choose to get a refund or transfer it to a future Yoga Chill Zone retreat (subject to availability) within 1,5 years.

If Yoga Chill Zone must postpone the retreat due to any unforeseen reasons (war, pandemics, covid-19, lockdown, acts of terrorism, strikes, natural disasters etc.) the deposit will not be refunded, but will be transferrable to a future Yoga Chill Zone retreat (subject to availability) within 1,5 years. If you’ve paid any further amount (above the deposit) you’ll be offered to transfer this amount to the new dates or to a future Yoga Chill Zone retreat within 1,5 years, or get a refund of the remaining amount.
NOTE: Yoga Chill Zone is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred in preparation for any canceled or postponed retreat such as (but not limited to) airline tickets, loss of work, visa fees and/or other costs associated with your preparation for your trip.
This is why it’s so important that you get adequate travel insurance!
