As a still pretty fresh Lisbon local myself (just over a year and a half) I'm super excited to invite you to my meetup organised with the thought of those new in the city (whether coming from Portugal or abroad) - have you recently moved to Lisbon and are going through the relocation rollercoaster?

Moving to a new city or country is not only exciting, but also brings a lot of change - it defo rocks the boat. New flat, new routine, new people around... It can feel like an amazing adventure, but also like losing the steady ground under our feet. Having a supportive community around becomes very important.

Luckily, you’re never alone - there are more of us new locals here, and we’ve got you!

Come & join us for a casual meet-up with yoga and brunch included. Let’s settle the shaky ground together and make new friends. All are welcome.

Whether you're stepping outside your comfort zone meeting new people, or you're a social butterfly, this meetup is for anyone looking to create new connections in a new city - come as you are. Everyone is welcome.

How it's going to go:
We’ll start with a mindful 60 mins yoga class (suitable for all levels) and then move over to the table for a delicious nourishing brunch:
- Arrival & settling in - 9:45am
- Yoga class - 10:00am - 11:00am
- Brunch & chats - 11:15am - 12:30pm

What is included:
- 60 mins yoga class
- brunch & coffee (and other hot drinks)
- mini welcome gift

​

Yoga mats will be provided, but if you want you're welcome to bring your own.
Spots are limited for a more intimate, feel-good setting and more approachable atmosphere, so book early to secure your place.

- Tickets are refundable only in the case of cancellation by the host.
- If you have any pre-existing medical conditions, or if you are pregnant, please, contact me directly after booking.
- If you have a nut allergy, or any dietary requirements please let us know as soon as you book.
